Villa del Sol d’Oro Wedding | Sierra Madre Photographer

Handmade invitations and calligraphy by the bride, gorgeous flowers by the wonderful Yingka Chou, DIY cuteness all over the place, and even something blue, what more could we ask for? A charming Villa in the heart of Sierra Madre and such creativity from the bride and groom really made this such a sweet, rustic affair. On a personal note, we were so overwhelmed by how genuinely kind and trusting K&Y were, and we will always have a special place in our heart for that late night meal over ultimate grilled cheese sandwiches, swapping stories and talking about how amazing this day would be. We hope you are as inspired as we are…

S.M. Pier + LACMA Engagement Session | Santa Monica Photographer

We have such a cool story that we can’t wait to share with you…we just couldn’t resist dropping everything and posting this.  This is the story of a two musicians, a violinist and a flute player, who just happen to sit together in an orchestra…and their first date at Santa Monica pier.  Two people so uniquely different and special in their own way, brought together by God to be a perfect match.  We hope you will enjoy these images as much as we enjoyed putting this together.

Kaley + Tyler – Antelope Valley Country Club Wedding | Santa Clarita Photography

Liz and I seem to attract a lot of photographers as clients, and we really love that. Of course, we feel the additional responsibility to get photos for them, since we understand what it’s like to rarely be in front of a camera! K & T were so easy to work with, and we love how they cared so much about their photos and how important it was that their photos made their wedding last far beyond this one day. Weather was a concern before the wedding, so the ceremony was held indoors, and the Antelope Valley winds really kicked up by the morning and gave us a challenge all day. But their images tell a different story- two beautiful, sweet people with a resolute and steadfast love for each other that could not be shaken by anything this day had to bring…
