We had the privilege of photographing Paige and Jeremy’s wedding at the Spanish Hills Country Club back in January, which is located in Camarillo, Ca. Just days before the wedding, we were experiencing rain throughout the week, but as soon as it was showtime, the weather once again dried up and warmed up! We were so excited to blog and show them their wedding photos, first via their slideshow…
If you haven’t already checked out their slideshow, it’s worth it to watch that first!
I had a great time assisting Timon with this wedding, and loved getting to know Paige and Jeremy. This was the first time I teared up a little (but hiding it!) while photographing a wedding, as I heard testimonies about their lives from family during the ceremony toasts.
Here are some of our favorites from the day, more close-up.
A relaxed portrait:
One of my favorites…
I love this one in black and white from Timon’s camera.
As you can tell, I can’t get enough of these pictures of Paige.
Florist: These Buds a Blooming (Wedding Wire’s Bride’s Choice Awards- 2011.)
a few classic ring shots to start off the day:
A getting-ready moment with mom:
Too much beautifulness!
Love the candid offshoots~one of the benefits of having 2 photographers
These men were a little silly. And pretty-somewhat cooperative. They ended up making Jeremy do a split in mid-air which did not make for a flattering pose. So we’re glad we still have this one.
After a “first look”, where Paige and Jeremy had a moment together before we started portraits, we did some wedding-day portraits:
A pre-ceremony candid of a cutie:
I think it’s beautiful when a bride chooses to walk down the aisle with both parents:
Stopping to appreciate this one big moment for dads…
They had their family surround them in prayer first:
A little ceremony detail:
I LOVE a little ceremony emotion in a classic black & white:
This shot isn’t always possible, so we’re happy when all the ducks line up and we’re able to get this for the couple:
Some good light started to come in as sunset was approaching the near end of their ceremony. (with some leftover light for post-ceremony photos!)
Married!
Sisters:
More Sisters (in-laws):
Their cake & mini desserts were from a Long Beach Dessert Studio- Sweet and Saucy Shop, who also did Miley Cyrus’s 18th bday cake. I snagged a look at the cake they did and it’s pretty cool with the sparklers. But…look at these neat carrot cake pops! I wanted to try one pretty bad.
Paige’s sweet mom walked out in the freezing night cold air, to send us home with a few of these delicious treats:
And these too: (They were so good for the drive home!)
First dance- I never cease to be impressed by a couples’ ability to actually really dance for their wedding’s first dance song.
Love to capture
father-daughter moments on their dance:
And little girls dancing with red high heels on (!!!!):
But without the heels, is when she can really dance:
(with the AWESOME party music of Karl Sanger with Music Unlimited) Everytime I hear anything Black Eyed Peas nowadays, I think of Paige and Jeremy’s wedding…!
Dizzybox Photo Booth (services all of So. Cal):
Congrats Mr. and Mrs. newlyweds Paige and Jeremy Aaron!! :)

Liz Rice - I like the 2nd of the 3. The last one hurts my eyes, lol. And in the 1st one, my eyes are not immediately focusing on the couple, rather the background.
Liz Wang Photography via Facebook - Just posted! Have a chance at winning a free portrait session by telling us which photo you like most.
Sherri Johnson - Hahaha, I took that exact same pose as your last one from the lights in the background! =) Great job on these.
Sherri Johnson - Found it! http://sherrijphotography.com/2009/12/monda-and-jarret-engagement-session-at-usc/
Yee - Rim-lit to perfection on the last three…the last two in particular!
